CLASSES
Elevate Training offers a newly equipped, state-of-the-art gym designed to help you reach your goals. Whether it’s group classes, open gym access, or small-group personal training, we cater to your individual needs and fitness level.
We also provide online live training sessions via Zoom, alongside a private community space to keep you motivated and supported at home. All group classes are suitable for beginners through to advanced, so you can train at your own pace.

SHRED
This session is targeted to increase strength, build muscle and enhance metabolism, while working on cardio fitness, focusing on lower body movements. Higher intensity session with rep numbers 12 plus.
These sessions will focus on refining your functional movement patterns and equips you with the knowledge to sustain consistent paces while remaining well within your optimal threshold. This approach is designed to progressively build your aerobic capacity allowing for great all round cardiovascular fitness.

​BUILD
​​
A strength session with main compound lifts + accessory exercises, focusing on building lean muscle and improving your strength.
​
This will include machine weights, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bands, whilst incorporating progressive overload over a 6-8 week strength block.
It will push you to build strength and muscle alongside your other training sessions in your training split.​​​​​

BOXING
A different style of cardio session, hard and fast intervals working at your maximum effort for a short period of time.
​
This high intensity class will incorporate boxing pads and gloves, boxing combinations, cardio drills and the boxing bags, with some added body weight movements.
Come in swinging and let off some steam.

HIIT
High intensity interval training is a circuit style session that includes cardio, body weight and weighted movements.
​
Expect to work at a faster pace for shorter periods of time with repeated high-intensity efforts.
This session will get your heart rate up and your body moving. The idea is to work at your maximum capacity for a short period of time, quickly recover and repeat
HIIT is designed to increase speed, power and improve cardiovascular health and anaerobic capacity.

HYBRID
A hybrid of conditioning and strength.
​
This session is split between conditioning stations that include cardio, which will help build muscular endurance and aerobic capacity, and strength stations will be compound movements at low reps and high weight to build strength and hypertrophy.
This is an effective workout that will improve cardiovascular endurance and strength. Suitable for all fitness levels and great to improve mental toughness.

STRONG
A fun session designed around full body strength + conditioning, with added core movements, whatever it is bring a positive attitude and go all out with our DCPT members.
Our aim is to build confidence in performing correct movement patterns, with a large focus on technique refinement and overall strength development.

Incorporating barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, machine weights and cardio machines.
Designed for all fitness levels.. to have fun and support each other on a Saturday morning.​

PERSONAL TRAINING
Designed specifically for the individual. Working with the individual to achieve their specific goals and getting the most out of their training sessions with faster results. All personal training sessions can be booked directly through Dani Cain or via the app.

RECOVERY ROOM
Our Recovery Room features a sauna and shower, providing the perfect space to unwind and recharge after your workout. More recovery options are coming soon, so you can continue to restore, rebuild, and elevate your fitness journey.
